How strange to find myself in June already – I’m not sure where the year has gone! May has been a significantly better month for me from a reading and blogging perspective, and I feel as though I’ve finally got my mojo back.
I reviewed eight books in May, of which my favourites were:
I also reviewed:
- The Silence of the Girls by Pat Barker
- The Passengers by John Marrs
- The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs by Steve Brusatte
- Call Me a Liar by Colette McBeth
- We Can See You by Simon Kernick
I took part in two new (to me) memes this month – Six Degrees of Separation and Shelf Control. I also attended the Hay Festival, and my little blog turned four! ❤
TBR Watch
As ever, the Hay Festival meant that my TBR saw a huge influx of new books! I regret nothing! 😛
Yat I’ve 8 books as well but haven’t reviewed them as yet.
Yeah… I think I read 11, but didn’t get them all reviewed in May 😃
Nah! The rise in the TBR is barely noticeable! 😉😂
😂 I doubt anyone would have noticed if I hadn’t called it out!
I love your TBR watch – I must do something like that! 😀 8 books reviewed is awesome.
Ha ha! Thanks – I do love to pull a few charts together! 😃
